Realizing that technology is always changing, we plan to follow these changes and adapt to them. Below are some of the adaptations we have been considering. We would like to know what you think of these possibilities. Let us know your opinion, along with any other suggestions you may have. Please feel free to contact Richard at your earliest convenience. Integration with an Accounting Package. Farms.com Agsoftware has received numerous suggestions from SeedTrack users requesting that we incorporate a financial/accounting package. We are currently investigating several options. Combining SeedTrack with a financial/accounting package will provide users with integrated software that will help them better manage their business, by reducing the applications they need to deal with on a day-to-day basis. This will also reduce the instances of duplicate data entry, thus creating a much more efficient and accurate software environment. External Backup for SeedTrack Data. The loss of the SeedTrack database could be detrimental to a user’s business. Local backups are effective at preventing loss of data due to corruption or system failure. However, hard drive crashes, computer theft, and numerous other potential horrors can spoil even the best attempts to maintain backups. We are currently researching possible ways to provide our customers with secure non-local backups. Quality Inventory & Sales (QIS) System Complete. CVC Technologies first version of Quality Inventory & Sales (QIS) software system is now complete. This software, which is designed for medium and small businesses allows for the management of internal business activities. QIS measures and tracks inventory, sales, logistics, cost of goods and, maintains quality control. New Website for CVC Technologies We have developed a CVC website at www.cvctech.com for information on CVC Technologies’ products, and services.
